  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Business Nature : Plastic Injection Molding

  • Oversee the Engineering Department under Injection Department. Main activity in Engineering Department is involving Production Approval Samples and document, Troubles Shooting, Failure Analysis & Continue Improvement. Liaise with other department such as Production, Planner and QA for Engineering Changes Notice request by Customers. Maintain BOM from company system
  • Provide Solution to improved injection tools for impact such as Dimension of out specification, longer cycle time; High rejection. ie: Improve cooling to shorten cycle time; Change gate location improve flow mark; re-channeling cooling to improve war-page
  • Provide rework solution to production, When the rework process is confirmed, provide work flow procedure to production and QA
  • Analysis the Parts fitting function. Define additional critical point for Quality Inspection checking for in-process which necessary. (Check Part 3D model if the critical area is not stated in the 2D drawing from Customer)
  • Study tool shrinkages; tweak the tooling according to steel insert dimension according shrinkage factor, Solve dimension out specification issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
