To operate & manage all aspect of the day to day specialty coffee store operation, include but not limited to the below:-

1. Achieve daily sales target

2. Maintain the cleanliness and upkeeping of the store

3. Makes, serve and provide best coffee experience

4. Processing customer order from product explanation, order taking, serving to POS processing , payment & cleaning

5. Stock taking, replenishment & inventory management

6. Responsible for improvement project as defined by the management

7. Consistently upkeeping our brand presence both in daily operation & social media

8. Work as a team and cross-train with team member & location from time to time

Requirements (MUST):-

- Result oriented,

- Can work independently & responsibly

- Team player

- Work at TTDI

- Exceptional customer service abilities

- Pleasant, positive & responsible person

- Able & experience in working with a dynamic team

- Good communication & interpersonal skill

- Able to brew a good cup of filter coffee

- Experience in running a coffee focus bar efficiently

- Knowledge in Specialty Coffee & always keeping tab on the latest trend/development in Specialty Coffee

- Able to establish brewing recipe for various single origin/brewing method

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Supplemental Pay:

  • Attendance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
