Responsibilities :
- Communicate and liaise with customers in handling inquiries, order processing, shipment of products.
- Ensure customers' information requests, complaints and suggestions are handled promptly and professionally.
- Build customer relationship through effective communication and reliable service.
- Working closely with related departments internally to ensure customers' requests are performed accordingly.
- Monitor and achieve KPI for customer service department.
- Motivate team members to achieve towards company goal.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skills: Computer literate, communication skill, critical thinking, customer service focus, analytical, innovative, business sense.
- Preferably with relevant working experience.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin is a must as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Fresh grade but with good working attitude is welcome.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
