  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Provide technical support to the BEO department in term of system architecture, planning networks, managing compression and monitoring systems, coordinating with vendors, communicate with various departments, offering 24/7 standby support as a Level 2 engineer while overseeing engineering documents such as HLD, LLD, and FRS, to ensuring broadcast system security, data integrity, ultimately supporting seamless broadcast services.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Provide technical advice for any activities related to system architecture, procurement, network planning, and new system integration
  • Create project plans with timelines and budgets, and work with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the Headend network and firewall (DMBH & DRC) had been configured properly according to the highest safety and internal standard
  • Maintain and ensure all technical document such as High-Level Diagram (HLD), Low-Level Diagram (HLD), Functional Requirement Specification (FRS), SOPS, credentials documents up to date and accurate.
  • Offer 24/7 standby support as a Level 2 engineer for technical issues within MYTV DMBH and DRC.
  • Coordinate logistics for equipment shipments and returns (RMA tasks) with MYTV’s logistic teams and vendor
  • Monitor contract, verify invoices from vendors, initiate procure process, initiate PRF (Payment Request Form), and track payment to the provider.
  • Ensure all project activities adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental laws

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Broadcast Engineering or Computer Engineering or Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering or other relevant engineering courses
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of MS Project and Visio is an added advantage.
  • Must have own transportation and reside in the Klang Valley (living near the MYTV office is a bonus).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • ITIL v4, Cisco Network Certification or Huawei Network Certification is a plus

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
