  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities

Network Operation Center (NOC):

  • Provide off-site troubleshooting isolation and resolution
  • Responsible for attending to level 1 & 2 escalations and support
  • Monitor, evaluate and re-solve potential network performance issues
  • Manage infrastructure-related and other network requests and problems
  • Support customers via email and phone calls
  • Monitor and ensure that all fault tickets are resolved timely and meet performance SLA
  • Provide timely response to all issues reported by customers
  • Document the resolution of incidents and problems
  • Manage and observe system, network, application and service alerts
  • Ticketing & Escalation
  • Maintain and comply with standard Company technical and administrative procedures
  • Work with customers, service manager, project manager, and vendor in problem-solving
  • Work on technical issues with Vendors/Carriers technical assistance support centre and oversee or escalate each problem until resolution.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Cyber Security or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in IT environment and professional certification like CCNA will be preferred.
  • Able to work in a shift environment.
  • Strong analytical skill and has a flair for dealing with technical and operational problems.
  • Good written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • On-job training will be provided.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English is added advantages.
