Job Description:

  • Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoice opening, filing, purchase order processing, and data entry.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
  • Support the finance team with administrative duties related to accounting operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • STPM, or diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles & SQL is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
