Market and Customer Analysis
- Research market trends and customer needs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and sales skills.
Customer Visits and Planning
- Plan and schedule customer visits efficiently.
- Recommend suitable products and provide price quotes.
Order Management
- Secure orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
- Collect payments from customers.
After-Sales Service
- Provide support and address customer issues after sales.
- Prepare marketing reports to improve future sales efforts.
Customer Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities.
