We are looking for an expert with a proven track record in business development, project management, and delivering complex rail projects across their full lifecycle. The Opportunity
- Lead and grow the Malaysia Rail Systems team, ensuring delivery of high-quality projects.
- Manage and deliver rail systems engineering projects, often as Project Manager or Technical Leader.
- Secure new work, manage client relationships, and drive business development within your area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with regional and global rail teams to deliver projects, sharing resources and expertise.
- Mentor and develop your team members to ensure their technical excellence and career growth.

Is this role right for you?
- A relevant Engineering Degree (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or similar) and 20+ years of rail systems experience.
- Strong business development skills and a proven ability to secure new projects and clients.
- Expertise in project management, including experience leading large-scale projects as Project Manager or Director.
- Leadership capabilities to manage, develop, and grow a high-performing team.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and best practices in rail systems engineering.
