Main Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, payroll, performance and talent management, internal communication, employee relations, and administration.
Ensure accurate processing of monthly payroll, reconciliation reports, and other relevant reports (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.).
Coordinate learning and development courses, employee engagement, and other HR-initiated activities.
Design and implement company policies and procedures related to people management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industrial relations regulations.
Administer HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and compliance with professional standards, as well as state and federal regulatory requirements.
Support business growth by developing, engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital.
Facilitate appraisal exercises, salary surveys, and assist in developing and analyzing the company's evaluation programs.
Manage recruitment needs, including job descriptions, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks to support day-to-day operations and improve work processes.
Key Requirements
A diploma or degree in HR or equivalent qualification, with at least 5 years of experience in HR & Admin.
Experience in the manufacturing/FMCG industries is a plus, but not compulsory.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged due to communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and work pass management.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, iFlexi HRM system, or other equivalent HR systems.
Excellent time management, organization skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
A Can-Do attitude is essential.
Work location: Taman Johor Jaya, Johor
Work schedule: 5.5 days alternate Sat, Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm, Sat 8:30am - 1:30pm
Number of AL : 8 days/year for first 2 years, pro-rated

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
