Position Title: HVAC Engineer

Remuneration: RM4500 - RM6000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage chiller units, precision air conditioners, water supply and drainage, and pipeline valve systems in the data center.
  • Ensure safety management, inspect air conditioning system operations, and perform troubleshooting and emergency repairs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans for air conditioning systems, ensuring contracts are fulfilled and energy-saving measures are applied.
  • Create SOPs, EOPs, MOPs, preventive maintenance lists, and inspection lists for HVAC equipment.
  • Oversee on-site supervision of HVAC-related engineering projects, participate in final acceptance reviews, and manage documentation and tools.
  • Implement energy-saving initiatives to achieve data center PUE targets and improve energy efficiency.
  • Review maintenance reports, assess the repair process, and provide training for team members.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HVAC or mechanical fields.
  • 2+ years experience with air conditioning systems, chillers, and pipeline valves in data centers or large buildings.
  • Familiar with refrigerant systems and able to troubleshoot failures independently.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle work pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
