RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide exceptional sales support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

· Assist in achieving customer sales goals and contribute to customer development efforts.

· Build and maintain relationships with customers across multiple levels and functions within their organizations.

· Collaborate with Asian-based and Global account teams to implement account strategies successfully.

· Gather and analyze customer and market intelligence to support the development and execution of account strategies.

· Support account management by managing daily customer requirements and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

· Help differentiate our products and services from competitors by understanding and communicating our unique value propositions.

· Learn and understand customers' technical roadmaps, and work closely with various business units to align our offerings with customer needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in any field. Good command of English, both written and verbal.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Interest in sales and account management, particularly within a technical industry. Any internship or project experience in these areas is a plus.

· Highly proactive, innovative, enthusiastic, and passionate, with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
