PgP5 Plant is Bosch Group’s newest expansion in Malaysia a semiconductor test site in Batu Kawan Penang. With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch’s Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors.

Job Description
We oversee the comprehensive planning, implementation, and enhancement of information security & privacy (ISP) and data protection measures at our Semiconductor Testing facility located in Penang (PgP5).
As an intern, you will be assigned to support our Information Security & Privacy activities within the plant.
- Support the preparation of Information Security & Privacy (ISP) audits and projects.
- Support the implementation of projects related to access rights management.
- Provide support with administrative tasks and documentation related to ISP and data protection initiatives.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Collaborating with various departments to integrate ISP concepts throughout the plant.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of ISP awareness initiatives, including information security-focused events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Designing visually compelling posters and communication materials to enhance information security awareness.
- Undertaking additional ad-hoc administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Languages: Proficiency in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Education: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Analytics, Business Studies, etc.)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva is required. Familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.
- Personality Traits: A motivated individual with a cooperative attitude toward. Assertive personality traits are valued in this role.
- Working Style: Capable of working independently while being result- and quality-oriented.
- Duration: The internship duration is preferably 4 months or above.
