Job Scope:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 3–8 years of experience to join our growing team. As a QA Engineer, you will work closely with Business Analysts (BA), developers, and other team members to ensure the quality and reliability of our AI-powered education platforms, internal CMS, and staff-facing websites. You will be a key player in our Scrum team, involved in every stage of the development process, from planning to release.

Collaborate with Business Analysts (BA) to understand product requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web platforms, internal CMS, and staff-facing tools.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing to identify defects.
Work closely with development teams in Malaysia, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong to ensure timely resolution of bugs and issues.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to provide updates and insights on testing progress.
Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
Validate AI-driven education features and ensure they meet quality standards in terms of accuracy, usability, and performance.
Collaborate with the team to automate repetitive test cases and maintain automation scripts.
Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and documentation to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Provide detailed and clear bug reports to assist developers in reproducing and resolving issues.
Monitor and validate fixes during sprint cycles and releases.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing roles.
Familiarity with Scrum methodology and working within Agile teams.
Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience testing web applications, CMS platforms, or internal tools.
Ability to write clear, detailed test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
Solid understanding of browser and device compatibility testing.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus), and collaboration skills to work with cross-regional teams (Malaysia, Shenzhen, Hong Kong).
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter).
Familiarity with AI or machine learning-based applications.
Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or other project management platforms.
