Skill and experience :
- Minimum 5 years experience in the insurance industry;
- Possess a degree / diploma in any discipline.
- Good knowledge in MS office
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player
Job Scope :
- Respond to inquiries and correspondence from the clients and prepare appropriate responses effectively;
- Follow-up with insurers on policy documents and endorsements, policy checking, notify insurer of any discrepancies and follow-up on outstanding matters;
- Obtain quotations from insurers for new client, reviewing the terms to ensure it meets client's requirements;
- Ensure proper billing to clients as per agreed terms;
- Monitoring client's renewal;
- Designing Broking Slips to suit the client's needs;
- Ensure all client documentations are appropriately filed.
- Any other relevant duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by your superior/management.
