  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Management:
  • Oversee and improve manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies (PCBs, cable harnesses, etc.).
  • Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and ISO certifications.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Analyze current production workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and develop solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Equipment and Tools:
  • Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and operation of production equipment.
  • Recommend and procure new tools or technologies to improve manufacturing capabilities.
  • Collaboration and Training:
  • Work with design, R&D, and procurement teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
  • Train production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Quality Control:
  • Monitor and maintain quality control procedures during production.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain production records, reports, and documentation as per company and regulatory standards.
  • Provide regular updates to management on production performance and improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, or related field).
  • Experience: 2-5 years in production or process engineering, preferably in EMS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
