Job Summary
As Intern in our Employer Branding & HR Communications team in the People & Culture department at Carro Malaysia, you will be involved in supporting internal programme for the company in support of our rapid expansion in the nation.
What You Will Do
- Assist in developing and deploying employer branding and recruitment marketing content in collaboration with internal stakeholders (TA, HRBP, Branding) and external vendors as necessary. This includes both ongoing talent attraction/candidate experience initiatives and targeted, real-time campaigns.
- Support the development of tools and training using a variety of channels—e.g., presentations, webinars, email communications—to educate internal audiences on our EVP, employer brand strategy, framework, and messaging.
- Collect feedback and insights on the employee experience through engagement and pulse surveys.
- Contribute to brand marketing efforts for industry conferences, campus recruitment, and other events.
- Assist in implementing and tracking internal engagement activities, such as outings, townhalls, fireside chats, and festive events, to enhance the employee experience and embody our core values as Carro Heroes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your immediate superior.
What You Will Need:
- Experience or knowledge of social media tools.
- Microsoft Offices (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Basic skills in photography or video editing for social media.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
