  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you skilled in 3D software? Do you have a flair for design? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you at Materialise Malaysia! We are currently working on a research topic to evaluate the effectiveness of various mesh recognition methods.

What you will do
  • Conduct research activities:
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of various mesh recognition methods
    • Methods of analysis include (but are not limited to) standard feature-based recognition, pattern recognition, point cloud analysis, mesh convolution, and image-based processing
  • Implement analysis using Python scripts
  • Document findings and report to the project lead
Your profile
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, or product design
  • Familiar with the Python environment
  • Able to work in a structured and independent manner
  • Strong team player

Additional advantages:

  • Experience with CAD packages (extra points for extensive experience)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing technologies, including 3D printing
