At Forvis Mazars, we are always looking to strengthen our firm by adding the best talents to our workforce. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with full cycle recruiting experience to help us source, attract, screen and hire individuals for various roles in the firm. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work together with the human resources team to ensure all staffing needs are met, with a long-term talent strategy and building of our employer branding in mind. This is a permanent position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process.
- Execute recruitment plans in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure open positions are successfully filled.
- Proactively strategize and look for ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral programme, external events, and campaigns.
- Evaluate existing recruitment channels and explore new channels and approaches to develop a database of talents, including build contacts with respective agencies that can help facilitate access to potential recruits help in sourcing of qualified candidates, build presences on the firm’s multiple social media platforms and website.
- Recommend hiring standards, selection criteria and job requirements (knowledge, skills and ability) to fulfil the current and future business plans of the firm.
- Recommend and deploy a range of assessment tools, techniques and technology solutions for hiring managers to evaluate the job-fit of candidates in order to reduce time taken to hire and manage hiring costs within the approved budget.
- Analyse all information gathered from the screening and assessment process to support hiring managers in making decisions on offers of employment.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and coordination of interviews.
- Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders.
- Drive offer process, partnering with hiring managers and human resources team.
- Provide recruitment and other relevant reports to internal stakeholders.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2 – 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiter role
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other social media to proactively source candidates is a strong added advantage
- Good working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
- Ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential candidates
- Ability to build and leverage strong relationships with others to achieve desired objectives
- High motivation level and independent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
