Roles And Responsibilities :

Responsible to establish and revise ballon drawing, inspection plan and report
Constantly improve the quality level thru developing effective inspection plan, method and upgrading inspection skill.
Manage inspection activities and resources to provide the necessary support to ensure smooth manufacturing operation.
Generate monthly/weekly Quality Reports (IQA, NCR, CAR, LAR and customer complaint, etc.) and updates the management on quality performance regularly.
Train, certify and requalify QA Personnel.
Handle FA inspection package and submit to customer (IPR, COC, PQP, etc)
Handle customer quality issues and champion corrective action plan to customer.
Work with Quality System Engineer to ensure quality system is effective implemented and maintained.
In charge of maintaining quality records and QA archiving room activities.
Enforce safety standard and maintain good housekeeping practise at QA related area.
As internal auditor to audit respective area and liaise with customer on audit related as auditee.
Manage inspection activities and resources to provide the necessary support to ensure smooth QA operation at CMM.
Responsible to create, establish and revised CMM program for CMM inspection. Get approval CMM PCO and submit to doc control.

Perform regular analysis on CMM in rectifying machine errors in order to improve efficiency and to reduce machine downtime.

Requirements :

Bachelor degree Engineering, or Science field or equivalent, or diploma holder with minimum 2 years relevant working experience in similar capacity and similar industry
Understanding of CMM operation and programming
Ability to interpret the CMM result operation and programming
Ability to interpret GD&T will be added advantage
Possess knowledge in computer and hands on in mechanical measuring equipment
Familiar with ISO and or AS standard.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
