Job description:
- Perform End to End Test on NPI program from device and system level
- Performs root-case analysis of problems to formulate and recommend improved alternative operations
- Work with business and development team to ensure traceability process is adequate
- Work with engineering team on test planning documentation
- Raise of all issues found during testing and to work with the Development and Integration Teams to track those issues until resolution.
Preferred skillset:
- Understand the test methodology
- Radio and Broadband Communication
- Basic Programming Language.
Requirement:
- Candidate must have minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) field , Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Fluent communication in English (written and verbal) is required
- Strong skills in problem analytical and systematic troubleshooting, with an understanding of customer impact
- Able to manage customer situations effectively and setting customer expectation appropriately
- Good knowledge in PC skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
