Job Descriptions
- Facilitate the delivery of a leading-edge safety leadership and cultural change program.
- Provide coaching to embed behavioural change directly with the frontline leaders and upskill them on leadership practices.
- Assist in the implementation of training frameworks and engagement with the safety operations team.
- Implement role specific training packages, aligned with individual roles and company requirements.
- Travel to work sites to facilitate training and implement learning frameworks.
Job Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Science, Psychology or Management.
- Minimum 4-8 years of work experience with progressive experience in a training or facilitation role developing and delivering programs across multi-disciplinary stakeholders and achieving multiple deadlines.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a face-to-face training or facilitation role delivering highly interactive programs.
- Working knowledge of health and safety
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills – the ability to build relationships at various levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Sound computer knowledge, working with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
