Senior Executive, Safety Culture Facilitator (12 Months Contract)

Job Descriptions

• Facilitate the delivery of a leading-edge safety leadership and cultural change program.
• Provide coaching to embed behavioural change directly with the frontline leaders and upskill them on leadership practices.
• Assist in the implementation of training frameworks and engagement with the safety operations team.
• Implement role specific training packages, aligned with individual roles and company requirements.
• Travel to work sites to facilitate training and implement learning frameworks.

Job Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Science, Psychology or Management.
• Minimum 4-8 years of work experience with progressive experience in a training or facilitation role developing and delivering programs across multi-disciplinary stakeholders and achieving multiple deadlines.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a face-to-face training or facilitation role delivering highly interactive programs.
• Working knowledge of health and safety
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills – the ability to build relationships at various levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
• Sound computer knowledge, working with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
