Technical Lead (Mandarin Speaker)

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical professionals, ensuring they are motivated and performing at their best.
• Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Facilitate collaboration between team members to ensure knowledge sharing and innovative problem-solving.

Project Delivery:

• Plan, manage, and deliver technical services on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Work with stakeholders to understand project requirements, define priorities, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and resolve technical challenges that arise during product services.

Technical Expertise:

• Act as the go-to expert for the team, providing guidance and support in solving complex technical issues.
• Review and optimize code, architecture, or system design to ensure quality and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices, recommending improvements and innovations.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other teams, such as product management, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Communicate technical concepts and project status clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Process Improvement:

• Establish and maintain development standards, processes, and tools to enhance team efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks in workflows and implement solutions to improve productivity and quality.

• Candidates must possess at least SPM.
• Required languages : Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proven experience as a Technician role, product services or mechanical services.
• Experience in a leadership or team management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
