Responsibilities
- Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast
- Mastery of product knowledge and understanding of client’s product and services
- Manage high volume of outbound calls through phone and email each day
- Maintain records to track prospects and consolidate database for client’s reference and analysis.
- Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured.
- Qualify and schedule appointments for sales opportunities
- Achieve targets and KPIs within assigned territory
- Other duties, as assigned and necessary
Required Skill
- 1-2 years experience in B2B sales or telemarketer
- Proficient in English
- A high school qualification or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
- High sense of urgency, persistent, and proactive attitude
- Able to detect and develop potential opportunities
