Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast
  • Mastery of product knowledge and understanding of client’s product and services
  • Manage high volume of outbound calls through phone and email each day
  • Maintain records to track prospects and consolidate database for client’s reference and analysis.
  • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured.
  • Qualify and schedule appointments for sales opportunities
  • Achieve targets and KPIs within assigned territory
  • Other duties, as assigned and necessary

Required Skill

  • 1-2 years experience in B2B sales or telemarketer
  • Proficient in English
  • A high school qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • High sense of urgency, persistent, and proactive attitude
  • Able to detect and develop potential opportunities
