- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Prepare and edit reports, letters, and other documents
- Handle mail and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
- Assist in organizing and coordinating internal and external events
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management
- Fluent in English - one for Bahasa Malaysia speaker & one for Mandarin speaker
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
