Technical Executive

1. Responsible lead and supervise the preventive maintenance / corrective maintenance team and line technicians to support Production, QC and R&D. 2. Responsible to carry out and monitor the Preventive Maintenance / corrective maintenance Programme as scheduled for all Production, QC and R&D machinery and equipment. 3. Responsible to guide and train the Maintenance and Line Technicians on preventive maintenance / corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repair for all Production, QC and R&D machinery and equipment to reduce machine downtime. 4. Responsible to carry out troubleshooting of Production, QC and R&D machinery and equipment. To seek assistance from Process Engineers or Manager when deemed necessary. 5. Responsible to identify process improvements to achieve higher productivity and product quality. To highlight and discuss with the Process Engineers and Manager. 6. To assist the Process Engineers and Manager to source and control the inventory of spare parts for Production, QC and R& D machinery and equipment. 7. Activities and assignment s must be carried compliant to cGMP, PICS, ISO and/or FDA requirements. 8. To follow and adhere safety and health policy of company and instill safe working environment always. 9. To carry out any other work or assignment as required by the Head Of Department / General Manager (Plant).
