Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship and Account Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for RAC’s marketing clients, managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. - Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and deliver customized solutions. - Facilitate client feedback and revisions, ensuring that marketing deliverables meet client expectations. 3. Coordination with Media Agencies - Work closely with media agencies to plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns for RAC’s assets. - Liaise with media agencies to negotiate contracts, manage timelines, and oversee the delivery of campaigns. - Monitor the performance of media placements, coordinating with agencies to make data-driven adjustments. 4. Event Planning and Management - Plan, organize, and execute events marketing on RAC assets. - Coordinate logistics, budget, and timelines to ensure events align with RAC’s objectives and provide value to attendees. - Work with internal and external teams, including vendors and partners, to deliver a seamless event experience. 5. Design and Marketing Support - Provide design support to the marketing team, contributing to various projects and campaigns as needed. - Assist in developing and implementing creative marketing strategies to elevate RAC’s brand as a media owner. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure RAC’s marketing efforts remain competitive and relevant. Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or related role, ideally in a corporate, or media environment. - Proven experience managing and working with media agencies to develop, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns. - Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Experience in planning and executing events. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client and agency collaboration. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
