Responsibilities: • To assist the HR Manager in performing full spectrum of HR roles, which covers recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management and industrial relations. • Maintain accurate employee records, process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations. • Administration on staff training and development programs. • Assist in staff performance review and salary administration. • Provides general administrative services related to HR functions, and manage day-to-day HR issues of employee relations of the company. Requirements: • Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent. • Wee verse with Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act and Trade Unions Act • Computer literate and able to communicate effectively (both verbal & written) in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work independently. • Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels.
