We are an e-commerce group with diverse businesses under our belt. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely fully.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via emails, company webpage, phone calls etc. from various countries - mainly handling English and Cantonese speaking and/or Mandarin speaking customers.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
- Process refund requests from customers in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Report back with timely updates to HQ in Singapore consistently
You will strive well in this role if you are:
- A fast learner
- Able to converse and write in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin fluently
- Independent
Additional Information:
- Renumeration: 8 USD / hr
- Working hours: 6 days a week, between 10am-6pm Singapore Time
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42 per week
