1. Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and engage potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.

2. Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to identify the best-fit candidates.

3. Candidate Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and guidance to ensure a positive candidate experience.

4. Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources for a smooth transition into the company.

5. Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates to attract top talent.

6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates, job openings, and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

REQUIREMENTS :
* Fluent in either Bahasa Malaysia or English
* Presentable and committed to delivering results
* Eager to learn and try new things
* Willing to travel
