LOGISTICS & SHIPPING OFFICER (MANDARIN SPEAKING) - KLANG
Job Responsibilities:
· In-charge of daily shipment coordination including the incoming and outgoing.
· Ensure all daily shipment schedule are proper planned.
· Monthly/Weekly report preparation and update.
· Liaise with Purchase/Sales/Raw Material Sorting/Store/Production to ensure the smoothly arrangement of the shipment.
· To train transport personnel in loading/unloading and vehicle operation procedures.
· Mainly doing export booking and operation with documentation part
· Prepare shipping document (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, insurance and etc.) and liaise with shipping forwarding agent
Job Requirements:
· Diploma/ Degree in Logistics/Transportation or other relevant.
· Able to work independently.
· Computer literacy essential with knowledgeable about Microsoft application.
· Self-motivated and positive attitude.
· High degree of integrity maturity and pleasant personality.
· Good interpersonal and able to communicate to all level managements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
