  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A Multinational Company (MNC) in DCS (Distributed Control Systems) & Safety System, is offering an exciting internship opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the automation industry. As an Automation Intern, you will work closely with the Engineering Team and contribute to system design, HMI graphics development, logic programming, as well as FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and commissioning processes. You will also have the opportunity to participate in project coordination, planning, and liaising with various stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Support the Engineering Team in system design, HMI graphics development, and logic programming.
  • Assist in the execution of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and commissioning activities.
  • Gain exposure to project coordination, planning, and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.
  • Assist in system integration and configuration tasks.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Networking Engineering.
  • Basic Knowledge of PLC, HMI, OPC, Ignition, Scada Systems, Big Data, IoT devices, Lab View (NI)
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic programming knowledge in Python, .NET, C, C++.
  • Understanding HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.
  • Experienced with SQL (MySQL, MS SQL, etc.) and relational database design
  • Strong knowledge of networks including network security and communication protocols
