Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain the freshness of flowers by unloading, unwrapping, and conditioning them.
Remove thorns and dead petals, give foliages a fresh cut, and place them in water-filled buckets.
Ensure cleanliness of the premises by sweeping up debris and washing florist tools.
Organize floristry materials such as sponges, wires, and wrappers for easy access.
Collaborate with team members to understand specific customer orders.
Manage floral inventory, ensuring a diverse and well-maintained selection.
Monitor and report on the availability of different flowers and seasonal variations.
Conduct quality checks on all floral arrangements to meet our standards.
Execute goods received from suppliers and conduct quality checks.
Address any issues regarding the quality or appearance of flower stocks.
Work closely with florists and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in special projects or events requiring floral expertise.
Assist with other assigned tasks as needed by the manager.
