  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Procurement Executive

Location: Ulu Tiram (Building Materials Supplier company)

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5.30 pm

Salary up to RM4000

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Able to speak Mandarin

Jobscope:

  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers/vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
  • Source raw materials, components, and other goods required for manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure that materials are delivered on time and meet quality specifications.
  • Track inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to avoid production delays.
  • Coordinate with the production and planning teams to align procurement with demand.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost forecasting related to materials and procurement.
  • Implement strategies for cost reduction and inventory optimization.
  • Work closely with production, logistics, and engineering teams to forecast material requirements.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of materials received from suppliers.
  • Ensure suppliers adhere to agreed quality standards and resolve any issues related to defective goods.
  • Work with the quality control team to ensure the materials meet the manufacturing specifications.
  • Work closely with the finance, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.
  • Ensure that procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
