Role & Responsibilities:
The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for reviewing, coding and approving all invoices related to the Company's cost of access expenses for its Network Services. The ideal candidate will have Accounts Payable experience with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage incoming questions from the business and vendors.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
- Review and approve vendor invoices related to the cost of access for the Company's Network Services business
- This position reports to the Manager, Accounts Payable
- Become the systems expert for Teoco, the Accounts Payable platform used to process the cost of access invoices
- Add general ledger coding into Teoco for invoices that come across with lines not already pre-populated with account coding information
- Respond to business and vendor inquiries related to the cost of access invoices
- Ensure that all invoices are received and processed through the Accounts Payable platform by working with Teoco to identify missing invoices.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Accounting
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounting
- ERP experience with a preference for knowledge of Oracle Cloud
- Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience interacting with stakeholders across the business and outside of the company
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt to change
