Job Responsibility

Accounting Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation.

1. Bookkeeping and Financial Records

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including daily transactions, invoices, and receipts.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable

  • Process payments to vendors and suppliers and issue invoices to clients.
  • Monitor receivables, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely collections.

3. Payroll Processing

  • Calculate and process employee salaries, including deductions, bonuses, and overtime.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (e.g., taxes, social security).

4. Bank Reconciliation

  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in cash flow monitoring and management.

5. Tax and Compliance

  • Assist in preparing tax documents and filings.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.

Human Resource Responsibilities

1. Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and complaints.
  • Support in organizing team-building activities or training sessions.

2. Policy Compliance

  • Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
  • Helped draft and update employee handbooks or policy documents.

3. Attendance and Leave Management

  • Track and manage employee attendance, leave, and time-off records.
  • Assist in generating attendance and leave reports for management.

4. Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative assistance to both the finance and HR teams.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and other documentation.

Key Skills Required

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and HR management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to speak、reading and writing in both Mandarin and English.
