Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Coordination:
Plan and schedule service appointments for GPS devices and other products, including installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure availability and efficient routing for all service tasks.
Monitor schedules and adjust to accommodate urgent or last-minute service requests across product lines.
Customer Communication:
Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, reschedule if necessary, and provide updates on service timelines for GPS devices and other products.
Respond to inquiries about scheduling, product services, and related concerns.
System Management:
Maintain accurate records of appointments, service requests, and customer details for GPS and other products in the company’s scheduling system.
Ensure service schedules align with operational efficiency and product requirements.
Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with Technical and Operations teams to allocate resources effectively for GPS and other product-related services.
Coordinate with inventory staff to ensure required equipment, accessories, and products are available for scheduled tasks
Liaison with Inventory Department:
Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure devices and accessories required for scheduled tasks are available and prepared in advance.
Monitor inventory levels of devices and accessories to prevent shortages that could disrupt service appointments.
Communicate any specific product or accessory requirements for upcoming service appointments.
Problem Solving:
Address scheduling conflicts or delays, providing alternative solutions to minimize customer inconvenience for all product-related services.
Escalate complex scheduling issues to the Customer Service Manager or relevant departments.
Requirements and skills:
Diploma or equivalent; degree in related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
