Quality Assurance
- -Establish and maintain quality standards for food products, ensuring consistency, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements. -Conduct sensory evaluations and quality tests to assess product attributes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment
- -Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of food innovation initiatives. -Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting ideas, progress updates, and recommendations for product enhancements.
Project Management
- -Manage multiple food innovation projects simultaneously, from concept to commercialization, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and project milestones. -Coordinate activities with internal and external partners, including suppliers, vendors, and co-manufacturers, to support project objectives.
Documentation and Reporting
- -Maintain accurate records of food development processes, including recipes, formulations, specifications, and testing results. -Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and post-launch evaluations to assess project performance and inform future innovation strategies.
