Overall responsible as specialist in supporting Account Managers to engage and follow up with customers, on opportunities towards award of contract. Detailed activities include:
- -Maintaining in-depth product knowledge in assigned customer segment. Work closely with Account Managers in liaising with clients on requirements clarifications; develop solutions, proposal writing, presentation, samples and proposal submission, leading towards award of contract. -Also support Account Managers in preparation for tender submission. -Develop proof-of-concept and facilitate demonstration to clients on feasibility of solutions. -Plan and work closely with Procurement, Warehouse and Operations to coordinate and ensure timeliness in project delivery, as well as with Technical Support in addressing any client’s feedback and/or complaints at first instance.
