- Assisting patients, including helping them move or calming them while they wait for treatment.
- Providing basic information about procedures or treatments when required.
- Retrieving and preparing medications prescribed by doctors.
- Maintaining records of medication inventory and ensuring stock levels are sufficient.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the clinic, including treatment rooms and waiting areas.
- Adhering to safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Assisting with activities like document management, reports, and clinic logistics.
- Responding to minor emergencies under the direction of doctors or nurses.
- Minimum of high school diploma (SPM) or equivalent.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic knowledge of health sciences is an advantage.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.

- Basic computer skills for recording data and managing clinic systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and patience.
- Prior experience in a clinic or hospital setting is an advantage, but training is typically provided for new hires.
- Friendly, professional, and responsible.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts, if required.
- Good physical health, as the role may involve standing for long periods and physical tasks.
