  • Attending to phone calls, diverting calls, taking messages.
  • Handle full set of accounts or partial accounting - General Ledger or Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
  • Perform a range of accounting duties; updating accounting records, processing payments and receipts, preparing monthly reports, assist in month end accounts closing.
  • Proper filling of documents & records
  • Handle monthly payroll accounting
  • Perform general administration duties & other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Minimum education SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Accountancy
  • Have 2 years related working experince
  • Knowledge of SQL Accounting software will be an added benefit & proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work.
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent and willing to take multi task challenge.
