- Attending to phone calls, diverting calls, taking messages.
- Handle full set of accounts or partial accounting - General Ledger or Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
- Perform a range of accounting duties; updating accounting records, processing payments and receipts, preparing monthly reports, assist in month end accounts closing.
- Proper filling of documents & records
- Handle monthly payroll accounting
- Perform general administration duties & other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Able to start work immediately
- Minimum education SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Accountancy
- Have 2 years related working experince
- Knowledge of SQL Accounting software will be an added benefit & proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work.
- Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent and willing to take multi task challenge.
