Sales Executive
- Information and communications technology (ICT) sales professionals sell, at the wholesale level, a range of computer software and other information and communications technology goods and services including installations, and provide specialized information as required.
Sales Strategy & Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Generate leads, conduct cold calls, and build relationships with decision-makers.
Solution Design & Presentation:
- Understand customer needs and tailor IT solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized solutions.
- Present solutions to clients, demonstrating how they address specific business challenges.
Account Management:
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up on prospects.
Negotiation & Closing:
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Close sales and achieve revenue goals.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
