Design new posters & e-book recipes for marketplaces, Eciatto App & social media.
Handle customer service and inquiries.
Coordinate and manage events organized by corporate teams with sales.
Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as required.
Manage email marketing and handle email inquiries.
Assist in preparing presentations and proposals if assigned.
Assist in photo & video editing.
Supervise, manage, handle, and update Lazada/Shopee/Other marketplaces daily.
- Update all related marketplaces and present sales analysis and ads reports.
- Assist in updating products and information.
- Assist in promotions and campaigns.
- Manage customer orders from e-commerce platforms (Shopee & Lazada).
- Ensure stock availability in the marketplace.
  Manage & update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, etc.).
  Daily social media management.
  Schedule daily posts on FB/Instagram/LinkedIn and festive posts.
  Sync Instagram posts with FB.
  Manage TikTok/Little Red Book.
  Supervise and manage Eciatto App UI (training provided).
  Manage and update listings and descriptions in Eciatto App.
  Manage and update the webpage.
  Assist in marketing plans/strategy (weekly).
  Brainstorm ideas during marketing meetings to enhance sales figures.
  Take meeting minutes.

Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing/E-Commerce or equivalent.
Good communication and writing skills in Mandarin and English.
Prior experience in related fields will be an added advantage.
Skills and abilities: Microsoft Office, data analysis, listening and communication, problem-solving, clear thinking.
Possess own transport.
Skills required: Digital marketing, communication skills, event planing.
