Job Description
We are seeking a Payroll Intern to support the payroll team in various administrative tasks. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payroll and HR function
- Prepare confirmation and verification letters for employees.
- Organize and maintain personal files and other payroll-related documents.
- Prepare payroll decks and related reports.
- Create and distribute memos and pamphlets related to payroll and HR matters.
- Assist associates with resetting their Ramco passwords.
- Manage AIA enrollments and terminations for employees.
- Support in organizing payroll-related events, such as SOCSO and insurance briefings.
- Assist with salary and benefit benchmarking for reward management.
- Extract data from personal files for scanning and documentation for the Global Cosmos Project.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support various tasks.
