Job Description

  • Product and Service Provider Sourcing and price comparison.
  • Monthly Purchase Order Request from outlets and hostels.
  • E-Commerce order and follow up.
  • Monthly and Quarterly Order Compilation and follow up.
  • Invoice Checking and Compilation and submit to Finance Department.
  • Purchasing Activities performed outdoor.
  • Weekly System Back Up and update data to share folder.
  • Prepare sales order / delivery order / stock transfer and Goods Receive Note.
  • Prepare Maintenance Form and coordinate with Project & Maintenance Department.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team on stock arrangement and follow up with suppliers on deliver issues.
  • Stock and Document Return and follow up on stock discrepancy report from outlets
  • Transportation arrangement and follow up
  • Take charge of inventory at HQ and assist to stock take if required.
  • Filing and Administrative supporting task at warehouse if required.
  • Other Ad-hoc assignment as and when required by superior

Job Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this job

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
