Your Role

  • The Product Executive (Neurology), with a dual responsibility in both sales and marketing, lead business development activities, drives sustainable growth & consistent sales achievements in the Neurology Business Unit.
  • He/She will be involved in tactical elements like brand positioning, advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development / life cycle management.
  • Leading business development activities includes close collaboration with Regional/Global colleagues. He/she ensures a multi-disciplinary brand team approach, covers for forecasting, deal negotiation, prepare and coordinate product introductions and updates and acts as the key contact with colleagues from Regional/Global for implementation, and follow-up.
  • He/she drives market access projects both in the government and private sector.
  • He/she will ensure execution excellence in both Sales & Marketing, for the implementation of strategies, tactics and resources optimization to achieve the business plan in accordance to company values & compliance framework.
  • He/she will be the company spokesperson for marketing communication, internally and externally, where for the latter he/she is also the stakeholder touch point e.g. KOL-interaction Government officials and bumi-agents.
  • In terms of reporting, he/she will analyze sales data, monitor market trends & internal/external factors, tracking of KPls & business objectives and report on a monthly basis to the Country Leadership Team and Regional Franchise Leader and for any ad hoc reporting request.


Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in both product and sales positions in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
  • Ability to collaborate with Regional/Global stakeholders and involvement in Regional/Global initiatives and projects.
  • Ability to focus on outcomes and measurable results and finding ways to optimize resources via the use of analytical tools and problem-solving techniques.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with key internal and external customers.
  • Operating effectively in a multi-project, cross-functional and regional environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across a range of written and oral situations to various stakeholders.
