Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate the complaints hotline for the maintenance project of 769 units in Precinct 10 and 14, Putrajaya, ensuring timely response and resolution of residents' concerns.
  • Handle incoming complaints with empathy and professionalism, gathering detailed information to understand the nature of the issue.
  • Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Technician teams to prioritize and facilitate the resolution of reported problems.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to residents regarding the status of their complaints, expected resolution times, and any necessary follow-up actions.
  • Document all complaints, actions taken, and resolutions in a comprehensive database for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the IT Admin to ensure the SAKU system captures and tracks complaints efficiently.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with residents to gather feedback on the resolution process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about Malaysian Building codes and Standards relevant to complaint resolution and communicate these standards to residents when necessary.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on project developments, complaint handling protocols, and customer service best practices.
  • Any other tasks assigned to you by the Group Managing Director.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Facility Management, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling customer complaints or related roles in property management or maintenance projects.
  • Proficiency in using complaint management systems, with experience in the SAKU system being an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian Building Codes and Standards related to maintenance and property management.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in databases and reporting tools, for documentation and tracking purposes.
  • Able to work during off / rest days if required by the Management.
  • Able to start immediately are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,600.00 per month
