Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal and external users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripheral devices.
- Assist with system updates, patches, and security implementations.
- Monitor IT systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Document and maintain records of all support requests, incidents, and solutions.
- Assist with the setup and management of user accounts, access permissions, and software installations.
- Conduct training and provide guidance to employees on IT-related tools and software.
- Assist with the deployment and support of new technologies and IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
