  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal and external users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Assist with system updates, patches, and security implementations.
  • Monitor IT systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Document and maintain records of all support requests, incidents, and solutions.
  • Assist with the setup and management of user accounts, access permissions, and software installations.
  • Conduct training and provide guidance to employees on IT-related tools and software.
  • Assist with the deployment and support of new technologies and IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
  • Own transport
