Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various operational areas, such as inventory management, customer service, appointment scheduling, and product distribution.
- Ensure SOPs are comprehensive, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational processes and propose innovative solutions to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and elevate the overall customer experience.
- Implement process improvements, monitor their effectiveness, and continually iterate to achieve operational excellence.
Industry Transformation and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and shifts in the beauty industry, including emerging technologies, consumer preferences, and sustainability initiatives.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for operational improvements and transformation, ensuring our company remains at the forefront of innovation.
New Brunch Opening:
- Assist in all the licensing in opening new brunches, develop a proper timeline and ensure the brunch opening timeliness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments, including marketing, supply chain, sales, and customer service, to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes, ensure buy-in, and drive successful execution of process enhancements.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather and analyze operational data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports to communicate progress, trends, and opportunities, providing actionable insights for management decision-making.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure operational activities adhere to relevant industry regulations and standards, particularly in areas such as product safety, hygiene, and customer data protection.
Stock checking and replenishing:
- Cross check the capacity of stock, replenish when is necessary and quality checking on stock after replenish.
- Ensure the stock level are healthy at all time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business IT, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs will be added advantage.
- Mandarin speaker will be added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to gather insights from operational data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
