Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing basic Finance & Accounts tasks such as:
i) Review invoices and check requests;
ii) Sort and match invoices and cheque requests;
iii) Set invoices up for payment;iv) Process cheque requests;
v) Prepare payment list;
vi) To perform any adhoc duties or projects that may arise in the normal course of the company’s business endeavours.
Requirements:
- Posses at least SPM, LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance or any other related field;
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin;
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as roles requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients;
- A fast learner, meticulous, responsible and well organized;
- Posses positive attitude to learn and progress;
- Good in MS Excel and knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage;
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
