  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Requirements :

  • Major in Brand management/advertising/ marketing/business/communications/retail or any related discipline
  • At least 1 year of brand marketing experience in skincare products industry.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin
  • Must be willing to work in Cheras, Alam Damai & other retail outlets within Klang Valley (when necessary)
  • Experience in market research & new product development is an added advantage
  • Able to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Good attitude/personality and seek growth and development.

Job Descriptions:

  • Marketplace performance analysis.
  • Customer Service for all channels: Claire PM (Facebook + Instagram), WhatsApp/ email/ call-in enquiry, Marketplaces (Shopee, Watsons etc). Standby time: 10am-10pm (Flexible hours).
  • Logistic and Backend system.
  • Marketplace Marketing Planning (Promotion/ Voucher).
  • Daily reception/ sales orders/ affiliate orders/ parcel/ pickup arrangement/ fulfillment.
  • Manage daily online orders, customer feedback and coordinate delivery and return of products.
  • Work closely to coordinate agents/ resellers/ affiliate orders.
  • Online Sales scope: Website update & managing, coordinating multiple Omni-channels, orders checking, payment reminder, managing stock inventory.
  • Responsibility: Achieve Sales target for online/ increase checkout/ increase final payment.
  • Manage e-commerce department, digital marketing, social media ads planning, involved in 90-day plan and presentation.
  • Graphic/ product upload & listing - for website/ marketplace - Work closely with the marketing team to ensure ongoing promotions/campaigns are delivered to customers.
